Based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, we help shippers worldwide who want to move their products quickly and efficiently within North America.
We launched the company in March 2020. Do you remember the shortages of toilet paper, flour and all that talk of broken supply chains? When everyone was using the word "pivot"? That was our trial by fire! In our first three years, we delivered more than 15,000 shipments while also launching Canada's first carbon-neutral program for shippers. With this initiative, we have helped shippers offset over 1,446,517 lbs of CO2. This is the equivalent of four snowplows, three fire trucks, four saltasaurus dinosaurs, five Big Ben bells, eight semi-trucks, three vice-presidential airplanes and two cruise ship anchors!).
All clients are provided with a web-based portal and mobile app that allows quick rating, tracking, dispatching and complete visibility into their supply chain. We also support our clients through our customer support team, who reply to every enquiry within 10 minutes and continuously monitor shipments. They can be reached via phone, email, live chat and—coming soon—Whatsapp.
We also pride ourselves on delivering the unexpected: We've published a children's book, released epic playlists and designed fun, vintage-inspired T-shirts (check out our merch store to see for yourself!).
